Funeral Ceremony at FairHaven Chapel (or other facility) - $5,095

This service plan includes a visitation at our funeral home and a funeral service in our Fort Wayne chapel or another facility. This package includes the following:

• Professional services and staff
• Transfer of deceased, embalming, dressing, and casketing
• Use of our Fort Wayne facility for viewing
• Use of chapel (or other facility) for funeral service
• Hearse
• Service Vehicle

Graveside Funeral Ceremony - $4,960

This service plan includes a visitation at our Fort Wayne funeral home and the supervision of a graveside service at the cemetery. This package includes the following:

• Professional services and staff
• Transfer of deceased, embalming, dressing, and casketing
• Use of our Fort Wayne facility for viewing
• Supervision of graveside ceremony at cemetery
• Hearse
• Service Vehicle
