William "Wil" Wigge, currently of Florida, formerly of Fort Wayne, passed away on Wednesday, November 30th, 2022, surrounded by his family. He was a 2018 graduate of Carroll High School. Wil was a passionate writer. He loved the performing arts, pop culture, and super heroes. One of his favorite activities was fan casting and Wil hosted a podcast called, The Heralds, which can be listened to on Spotify. He was a loving and compassionate young man and never let his circumstances steal his joy. Wil lived out his faith and his love for Jesus Christ.
Wil is survived by his parents, Bryan and Sara Wigge; brothers, Saige (Stephanie) Wigge, and Asher Wigge; niece Ruth; grandmothers, Marilyn Long and Annette Wigge. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Steve Long.
A memorial service for Wil will be held on Saturday, December 10th, 2022 at Pine Hills Church, 4704 Carroll Rd., at 4:00pm with visitation beginning at noon. Food and fellowship will follow. Preferred memorials in Wil's honor may be directed to the family. As Wil would say, "EXCLESIOR"- "Ever Upward".
