Obituary
Virginia "Jenny" Lee Beverly, 76, went home to the Lord on Thursday, June 19, 2025. She was born to the late Richard and Flossie (Sowards) Hall in Myra, KY on December 10, 1948. Jenny married the late Tommy Beverly on January 31, 1970. He preceded her in death in 2009. She retired as an office manager at Scott's Distribution Center.
Jenny is survived by her son, Shawn (Dawn) Beverly of Fort Wayne; granddaughter, Meghan Beverly of Fort Wayne; sisters, Loraine Belcher of Dorton, KY and Betty (Willie) Smallwood of Myra, KY; and a host of family, friends and loved ones. Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by siblings, Ralph Hall, Billy Hall, Glenn Hall, Alene Hall, and Phyllis Ann Johnson.
Visitation will be on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N. Clinton Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46825) from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Visitation will also be at Hall and Jones Funeral Home (1101 KY-610, Virgie, KY 41572) on Friday, June 27, 2025 from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Funeral service will be on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at 11:00 am at Hall and Jones Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service at Annie E. Young Cemetery in Pikeville, KY.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
