Obituary
Velma Brock, 79, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. Born in Arjay, Kentucky, Velma was a daughter of the late Greene and Elvia (Deaton) Hensley. During her working years, Velma worked for Tokheim as an assembler for many years until her retirement. Velma was a devoted wife, loving mother, and caring grandma to her grandson. She had a zest for life and was always their for her family. She had a strong faith in the Lord and she enjoyed cooking, walking, bicycling, gardening, and growing flowers. Velma was always on the hunt for a bargain and enjoyed garage sales and going to Shipshewana and the Grabill Shops. Surviving are her husband of 58 years, Glenn Brock; children, Glenn (Esther) Brock, Scott Brock, Melissa (Jason Lemons) Brock; grandson, Everest Wissman; and her 4 siblings. Velma was preceded in death by her 4 siblings. Private Family Services.
