Trevor S. Hendricks, 33, of Fort Wayne died Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Woodview Nursing Home. He was born in Fort Wayne December 30, 1984. Trevor had a love for music and enjoyed entertaining others. He loved to make people laugh and put smiles on their faces, especially on the faces of his children.

Surviving are his five children, daughter, Justice 13; sons, Corvin 11; Braxton 9 and Jasper 4; step-son, Devon 17, all of Fort Wayne; his father Lorin G. McKinniss, 54, of Ohio; his maternal grandmother, Carol Frecker, 82, of Fort Wayne; his paternal grandfather, Larry G. McKinniss, 83, of Ohio; and many cousins; aunts; uncles and close friends he called family. He was preceded in death by his mother, Laura L. (Hendricks) Arnold.

Funeral service is 2 PM Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Fairhaven Funeral Home 6557 N. Clinton Street with visitation one-hour prior. Visitation also Tuesday, February 20, 2018 5 – 8 PM at the funeral home.
