Trevor E. "Sonny" Frye, Jr., 72, of Fort Wayne died Monday, July 24, 2017 at Heritage Park. Trevor was born in Pittsburgh, PA on March 29, 1945. His favorite sports teams where everything Pittsburgh, especially the Steelers. He retired from Dana Corporation in 2007. He was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church.

Surviving is his father, Trevor E. Frye, Sr. of Fort Wayne; daughter, Bernadette Walraven of Columbus, OH; son, Christopher (Karrie) Frye of Sayre, PA; three grandchildren, Noah; Sydney; and Ethan; brother, John Frye of Fort Wayne; sisters, Donna Carr of Tulsa, OK; and Mary Fee of Columbia City. He was preceded in death by his mother, Anna Mae Frye.

Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 AM Saturday, July 29, 2017 at St. Jude Catholic Church 2130 Pemberton Dr. with calling one-hour prior. Fr. Robert D'Souza presiding. Calling also from 4 – 7 PM Friday July 28, 2017 at Fairhaven Funeral Home 6557 N. Clinton Street.
