Tracie Orlena Hoffman, age 78 , of Fort Wayne passed away Monday, February 6, 2023 at her home. She was born in Fort Wayne to the late Audie and Julia Murdock and was a graduate of Purdue University in 1982. Tracie worked as a registered dietician and was an active member of the First Wayne Street United Methodist Church. She served as a past president for both the United Methodist Woman's Group and the Kimmel Conservation Club, and was also active in the church's Wednesday night supper club. She was an avid reader and loved spending time with her family. Tracie is survived by her children, Julie Steele and Jason Hoffman; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Linda (Conrad) Diehl, Charles (Dorothy) Diehl, Marie Murdock, Dr. James (Cyndi) Murdock, Dr. David (Arlene) Murdock, and Bruce Murdock. She was preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Hoffman. A Celebration of Life will be held 1:30 pm on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at First Wayne Street United Methodist Church, 300 E. Wayne St..
