Tom L. Becker, age 80, passed away Friday, July 28, 2023 in Fort Wayne surrounded by family. He was born in Kendallville, IN to the late Everett and Mary Becker. Tom worked 26 years at Fort Wayne Foundry and Pontiac Foundry and most recently 12 years at Ward Corporation. He will be remembered as a true outdoorsman who loved fishing and hunting. Tom is survived by his wife of 61 years, Mitzi Becker; children, Lisa (Bob) Schwarz, Stephanie (Kevin) Parks, Brett (Jacque') Becker all of Fort Wayne; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Scott Becker and Marion Becker. Service is 10:30 am, Friday, August 4, 2023 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. with calling one-hour prior. Calling also 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at the funeral home. Burial at Concordia Cemetery Gardens. Memorials may be made to Stillwater Hospice or the American Lung Association.
