Tina Ratliff, 57, of Fort Wayne, formerly of Springfield, MO passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2026. She was born in Fort Wayne to Sharon Listenberger and the late Rick EZ Jewett on November 3, 1968. She graduated from High Peoria High School in AZ in 1988. Tina loved the Indianapolis Colts, hunting, bowling, Fort Wayne Senior Games, bingo, animals and children.

Tina is survived by her mother, Sharon Listenberger; sons, Demarcus and Blake Robertson of Springfield, MO; sisters, Pamela (Craig) Chase of Geneva, AL and Brenda (Randy) Ratliff of Walnut Grove, MO; brother, Keith (Jessica) Williams Jr of Fort Wayne; nieces and nephews, Breana (Brian) Chase, Rachael Chase, Callie Cox, Nalayah Smith, Bristol Williams, AJ Ratliff, Michael (Jennifer) Ratliff, Brylon Lortie, Olivia Williams, Harper Williams, Brentley Ratliff, Kenny Smith, and Christopher Goeglein; and a host of relatives and friends.

Tina was preceded in death her wife, Jeri Robertson and father and step-mother, Rick EZ and Marilyn Jewett.

A memorial service will be on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 6:00 pm with visitation one hour prior at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N. Clinton Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46825).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tina’s mother in care of Sharon Listenberger or the Annual Senior Games in care of the Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation.
