Tiffany Marie Neuhaus, 37, passed away at her home surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with brain cancer on Monday, February 16, 2026. Born in Apple Valley, California, Tiffany was the daughter of Jason Barkley and Nicole (Donald) Welty Sr.

Tiffany graduated from North Side High School, where she met the love of her life, Joshua Neuhaus. They were united in marriage on May 10, 2014 at Salomon Farm. Tiffany earned her Associate of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Saint Francis in May 2011, fulfilling her calling to care for others as a Registered Nurse.

Tiffany began her nursing career at Miller’s Merry Manor in Garrett, and also served with Home Nursing Services and Lutheran Hospital before finding her professional home at Parkview Health in 2018, where she was deeply valued by both colleagues and patients.

Tiffany was a devoted and loving wife, and with the birth of their beloved daughter, Marielle Elise, her greatest joy was realized. She cherished time spent with Marielle and was dedicated to nurturing her curiosity, creativity, and understanding of the world. Tiffany loved gathering with friends for brunch, attending concerts, spending quality time with friends and family, and having life's special moments captured in photographs—a tradition she treasured for many years.

She found peace and wonder in nature, especially in birdwatching, which brought her quiet joy and reflection.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Joshua Neuhaus; daughter, Marielle Elise Neuhaus; mother and stepfather, Nicole and Donald Welty Sr.; father, Jason Barkley; siblings, Devin (Luke) Rains, Donald (Elyse) Welty Jr., Kayla Welty, Thomas Barkley, and Shyahna Barkley; along with extended family including aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

A Celebration of Tiffany’s Life will be held at Crossbridge Community Church, 3409 Hursh Road, with a date to be determined.
