Tiffany Marie Chapman, age 41, of New Haven, IN passed away Saturday, February 19th, 2022. She was born in Fort Wayne to Charlie (Mary) Chapman of Angola, IN and the late, Denise Vaughn. Tiffany enjoyed caring for her children as a homemaker and will be remembered as a loving mother. She is also survived by her children, Nehemiah, Havana, and Nyzaiah; and brothers, Michael and Jason. Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services are handling the arrangements.
