Thomas J. Miller, age 89, passed away on March 21, 2026, in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born in Fort Wayne on August 1, 1936 to the late Donald and Lucille Miller. Tom proudly served his country as a member of the US Marine Corps, and he was an active member of American Legion Post 409 in Leo, IN. Tom retired from his business, Fiberglass Products and Boat Repair, and previously he worked at Hydrodyne Boats and Moores Restaurant Equipment.

He was an avid softball player and spent many years playing in several Fort Wayne men’s leagues. He also enjoyed golfing and bowling, and he could always be found watching the Bears, Cubs, and Notre Dame.

Tom is survived by his son, Patrick (Penny Bunn) Miller of Fort Wayne; daughter, Tracey Robertson of Scottsdale, AZ; son, Dana (Shelley) Miller of Grabill; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and his brother, Phil (Marsha) Miller.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Miller; brothers, Donald Miller and John Miller.

Service is 4:00 pm, Thursday, March 26, 2026, at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St., with calling two hours prior, beginning at 2:00 pm.
