Obituary
Thomas "Tommy" Scott Kohl, age 57, passed away Monday, October 20, 2025, at his home in Fort Wayne. He was born in Fort Wayne, to the late Joseph and Shirley Kohl. Tommy worked as a cook at several local restaurants and bars.
Tommy was a big football fan and really enjoyed watching games on TV. He liked golf, which he loved to play whenever he had the chance. More than anything, he cherished his friends and the time he spent with them. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Tommy is survived by his wife, Margaret "Meg" Kohl; step-children, Michael Hans, Angie (Joe) Palmer, Ashley (Kurt) Lauderman; step-grandchildren, Isaac and Gavin; and siblings, Jim Kohl, Rick (Jennifer) Kohl, Cheryl Krieg, and Holli Jo Armstrong.
He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Joseph Kohl, Jr. and Robert Kohl.
Service is 6:00 pm, Saturday, October 25, 2025 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St., with calling two hours prior, beginning at 4:00 pm.
