Obituary
Thomas Emmert Crooke, 70, peacefully passed away at Life Care Center of Fort Wayne on September 28, 2023. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn Crooke Scott and father, Donald F. Crooke.
Tom grew up in Evansville, IN and graduated from High School in Worthington, OH. Later, he lived in New Castle and Indianapolis before moving to Columbia City, IN. Tom loved music, singing karaoke and playing the guitar. He also loved Hoosier basketball, table games and fishing. He especially loved being with his family and friends.
He is survived by his brothers: Dan [Sue Ann] and Kendall [Jackie].
Memorial Service is scheduled for Friday, November 17, 2023, 11 am at Serenity Funeral Home, 6202 Michigan Rd, Indianapolis 46268.
