Teri Jean Wolfe, 49, passed away unexpectedly on August 20, 2021. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on June 20th, 1972 to Lewis C. Wolfe and Rae Lee (Wolfe) Moriarity, Teri was known from the beginning for her open, joyous smile and dazzling blue eyes. A 1991 graduate of Wayne High School, Teri spent most of her life in and around the Fort. Always a morning person, Teri found great joy in recent years working the opening shift as a manager at numerous Phil's One Stop's around the area. Her big heart and generous spirit meant many are now mourning the loss of a true friend, one who stood by their side through all of life's trials.


She leaves behind her four greatest blessings, children Josie Wolfe, Heath, Dakota, and Amber Ault as well as treasured grandchildren Jackson, Tayleyonna, Charlotte, Anah, and Everleigh; sister Dawn (Dane) Anderson, niece Abbigail & nephew Gabriel Hord and nephews Ethan & Jonas Anderson. She is preceded in death by her father, mother, and sister, Sara Anne (Hord) Fields. Funeral service for Teri will be on Thursday August 26th at noon with calling 2 hours prior. Burial will take place at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Preferred memorials in Teri's honor may be directed to the family .
