Talen Rhys Nicola-Walker, 10, of Yoder, went to the Lord on Wednesday, June 17, 2026. He was born in Fort Wayne to Devin Walker and Megan (Nicola) Lipkins on July 9, 2015. Talen was a student at Lafayette Meadows Elementary School in Roanoke. Talen was all boy. He loved football, basketball, biking, music, singing, dancing, wrestling, motorcycles, fishing, swimming, playing with legos and video games. Talen loved to have fun, cook, and be creative. He was a huge Black Panther fan and loved Jordans. He was a warrior, was deeply loyal and loved his family and friends. Talen was so protective of his siblings.

Talen is survived by his parents, Devin (Brittany) Walker and Megan (John III) Lipkins; siblings, Brenley, Eliza, Zoie, Sophia, Jontai, Juliana, Laylianna, John IV, Julian, La’veah, and Javeon; grandparents, Tiffany (Chris) Bills; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Austin Nicola.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N. Clinton Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46825). Funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 2:30 pm at the funeral home.
