Suzanne Wegner, age 52, passed away Saturday, July 31, 2021 in Fort Wayne. She was born in Berne, to William Lehman of Berne, IN and the late Barbara Lehman. Suzanne worked as an elementary school teacher with Fort Wayne Community Schools for over 20 years. She was a member of First Assembly of God and grew up attending the First Mennonite Church of Berne, IN. Suzanne is survived by her husband, Joseph Wegner of Fort Wayne; daughter, Olivia Wegner of Fort Wayne; and sister, Sandy (Dennis) York of Muncie, IN. Service is 11:00 am, Friday, August 13, 2021 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St with calling one hour prior. Calling also 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at the funeral home. Burial at Huntertown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for Olivia's College Fund.
