Susan K. Cook, 80, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2026. She was born to the late William and Helen (Orme) Housholder on January 30, 1946 in Fort Wayne. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University. Susan retired after 40 years at Parkview Hospital as a Director of Patient Access Services. She loved traveling to England, Italy, Paris, and Hawaii.

Susan is survived by her husband, Richard Cook; son, Beach (Coleen) Harmon; grandson, Beach T. (Jeri) Harmon and Grace Harmon; sister, Kathy; and several nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Beverly Cline.

A Celebration of Life will be on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N. Clinton Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46825).
