Steven Thomas "Stevie" Holmes, 34, passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2023. Born in South Bend, Stevie was the son of the Dennis "Denny" Holmes and the late Carmella (Griffin) Holmes. He had been working for IPC in Goshen. Stevie was a charismatic, loyal, funny and animated kinda guy. He loved deeply, loved his music, especially playing the drums. He also enjoyed art, tattooing, playing pool and cheering on his beloved New Orleans Saints and Notre Dame Football. From an early age, Stevie's forte was making people laugh and smile. He deeply loved being a father of his two children. Surviving are his father, Denny; children, Aryana and Anakyn Holmes; sister, Alisha (Josh) Spears; niece, Anna Spears, nephew, Graham Spears; grandparents, Delcina Holmes, Tom and Essie Griffin. Stevie was preceded in death by his mother, Carmella Holmes and grandfather, Mathew Holmes. A Celebration of Stevie's Life will be 11 am, Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Baugo Church of the Brethren, 64051 CR 1 Wakarusa, IN with calling one hour prior.
