It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Stephen E. Heath II, on December 2, 2025, at the age of 47. He was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on December 23, 1977. He is survived by his father, Stephen E. Heath (Brenda Lineberry); daughter, Chaeli Heath; half siblings, Nicholas Heath; Danny Heath both of Fort Wayne, Meagan Squire of Angola, Heather Marie Garcia of Texas and his paternal grandfather, Stephen W. Heath of Fort Wayne. He was proceeded in death by his mother Cynthia Adele Stryker (Perkins). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, one great niece along with cousins and friends. Arrangements by Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
