Stacy L. (Barman) Fowler, age 51, passed away Monday, October 16th, 2023 in Fort Wayne. She is survived by three children; her mother, Scheryl Barman; and brothers, Travis Barman and Austin (Katrina) Barman. She was preceded in death by her father.
