Skylar Dashay Tyson-Smith, passed away Thursday, October, 17th, 2024, in Fort Wayne. She was born in Fort Wayne, IN. Skylar will be dearly missed by her mom, Shamari Tyson; dad, Justin Smith; maternal grandparents, Michelle Mills and Dennis Tyson; paternal grandmother, Kiara Keitzer; paternal step-grandfather, Paul Keitzer; aunt, Mechelle Mills; and uncles, DJ, Brendan, Braden. A memorial service will take place at 3:00 pm, Friday, October 25, 2024, at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N. Clinton Street) with calling from 2:00 pm until the service.
