Shelia (Shelly) Voelker, 63, of New Haven, IN, lost her battle to metastatic breast cancer, Wednesday, February 15, 2023. Born to Vonda (surviving) and the late Fred Turner, in Fredericktown, OH, on August 11, 1959. Recently retired, she loved spending time with her family and grand pups, planting flowers, jigsaw puzzles, getting her nails done, taking vacations with her friends, and taking walks. Her bright smile and positive outlook was an inspiration to all. She was determined to fight until the end.

She is survived by her children, Dustin (Cara) Goodwin of Harlan and Holly (Eric) Schlatter of Leo. Her four grandchildren, Willow, Oaklee, River Goodwin, and Blakeley Schlatter; Siblings, Pam Turner of North Port, FL, Barry Turner of Fredericktown, OH, and Cindy (the late Wayne) Wyatt of Marion, NC.

Funeral services for Shelly will be held on Saturday, February 18th 2023 at 4 pm, with calling two hours prior beginning at 2 pm at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N.
