Sheila K. Jones, 67, passed away August 5, 2026, in Fort Wayne. She was born in Fort Wayne, IN to the late Gene and Thelma Harter.
Sheila enjoyed spending time outdoors and had a deep appreciation for nature. She especially loved visiting the park, where she found joy in watching children play and taking in the simple moments of everyday life.
Sheila is survived by her children, Shannon (Joel Bravick) Harter, and Kelsey (Dominick) Swanson; grandkids, Caleb and Wyatt Bravick; four siblings; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George F. Jones Jr.; parents, Gene and Thelma Harter
A celebration of life will take place on Friday, August 21 , 2026, at 1 pm, located at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N. Clinton Street) with calling from noon until the service.
