Sharon Dawalt, 75, passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2022. She was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on July 15, 1946. Sharon graduated from North Side High School. During her working years, she was a receptionist for several offices her in Fort Wayne. Sharon absolutely loved reading. She so enjoyed shopping with her husband, going to festivals, entertaining family and friends, being at the beach in Florida, and her animals. Spending time with her family was Sharon's number one priority. Surviving are her husband of 32 years, Stacey Dawalt; children, John (Shelly) Dowdy, Stephanie Walton, Matt Dowdy; 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; son-in-law Shane Barth; and sister, Cindy Stutz. Sharon was preceded in death by her daughter, Sheila Barth; and brother, Larry Stutz. Service is 2 pm Thursday, March 3, 2022 at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton Street, with calling from 10 am until the services. Burial in Huntertown Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Humane Fort Wayne or Crossview Church.
