Sengdoune "Zach" Phothirath, age 20, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2022 at his home in Fort Wayne. He was born in Fort Wayne to Souvannaseng and Hanefa Phothirath of Fort Wayne. Zach was a sophomore at Indiana Tech studying computer science. He attended St. John's Lutheran Church, and loved spending time with friends and family.

Zach is also survived by his sister, Sengfa "Belle" Phothirath of Indianapolis, IN; paternal grandparents, Bounghien and Dome Phothirath of Fort Wayne; and maternal grandparents, Syphanah and Onechanh Matha of Fort Wayne.

Service is 10:30 am on Friday, December 23, 2022 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. with calling one hour prior. Calling also 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at the funeral home. Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services are handling the arrangements.
