Sean Michael Guise, age 43, passed away Saturday, December 11, 2021 at his home in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born in Huntington, NY and worked for several factories in the Fort Wayne area. Sean formerly attended City Church and was a talented woodworker and enjoyed the outdoors. He also enjoyed spending time with his daughter, Maree at the horse barn, and with all three children while competing in precision air rifle shooting. Sean is survived by his wife, Jana Behrends Guise; children, Maree, Eli, and Owen Guise all of Fort Wayne; father, Ken (Sherrie) Guise of Perry Hall, MD; mother, Cheryl (Brian) Gingrich of Scarsdale, NY; biological father, Steve (Debbie) Wischer of Commack, NY; siblings, Ryan Guise, Ben Guise, Kang Young Guise, Buddy (Lee) Wischer, Brian Wischer, and Diana (Anthony) Bua; siblings-in-law, Jared Behrends, Megan Gremaux, Marianne Behrends, Joshua Behrends, Jesse Behrends, and Joseph Behrends; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Richard and Ginny Soergel; and sister-in-law, Libby Behrends. Service is 10:30 am, Friday, December 17, 2021 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. with calling one hour prior. Calling also 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Thursday, December 16, 2021 at the funeral home. Burial at Prairie Grove Cemetery of Fort Wayne.
