Obituary
Sarah Marie Wilson, 39, died Monday, November 27, 2017 at Visiting Nurse Hospice Home. She was born in Fort Wayne on June 21, 1978 to the late Rick and Victoria (Riley) Theobald.
Sarah was a member of the Impact Community Church and had been employed with Parker-Hannifin Sporlan Division and the Eaton Corp.
She is survived by her husband, Jeremy Wilson; children, Kaylin (Tanner) Jones; Tyler Wilson; Megan Meadors and Madison Wilson; step-daughter, Kali Wilson; step-grandson, Ryder and step-granddaughter, Kendall.
Funeral Service is 1 PM Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Impact Church 909 Main Street New Haven with visitation one-hour prior. Visitation also from 5 – 7 PM Friday, December 1, 2017 at FairHaven Funeral Home 6557 N. Clinton Street Fort Wayne.
Memorial donations can be made to the children or the Visiting Nurse Foundation.
