Obituary
Samuel D. Westlake, 37, passed away February 19, 2018. He was born in Winchester, IN the son of Douglas Westlake and Reta Mackin.
He was a millright union worker and was an artist. He enjoyed music. He was most of all a loving father to his children.
Surviving are his father Douglas Westlake, son, Angel Westlake, daughters, Winter, Henna and Ireland Westlake; brother Aaron (Raquel) Westlake, sisters; Chyanne (Anthony) Kaiser and Chelsea (Nicholas) Manning.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Reta Mackin.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. with calling one hour prior on Monday February 26, 2018 at FairHaven Funeral Home 6557 N Clinton Street Ft Wayne.
Calling hours will be Sunday February 25, 2018 from 2 p.m.-5 p.m. at FairHaven Funeral Home 6557 N. Clinton St., Fort Wayne, IN
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family.
