Sally S. Hayes, age 65, passed away peacefully at her home in Columbia City, IN. She was born in Great Bend, KS to the late Glenn and Mary Hayes. Sally graduated from Kansas State University and later became the co-owner of Scientific Regulatory Consultants. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking, and reading. Sally is survived by her wife, Jennifer Lawburgh; siblings, Mary Lou (Michael) Hickel, Gregory (Rosa) Hayes, Thomas (Kim) Hayes, and Judy Parli; nieces and nephews, Andrew, Jennifer, Brook, Erin, Joshua, and Zachary. She was also preceded in death by her brother, James Hayes. Services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Parkview Foundation, 10622 Parkview Plaza Dr. Fort Wayne, IN 46845.
