Rusty R. Resor, 39, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2022. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Rusty was the son of the late Eugene Resor and Debra Resor who survives. Rusty attended Leo High School. Rusty had a natural ability to be able to create, build, and fix anything he put his mind too. He was a jack of all trades but loved working on cars and making them fast and custom. He had been working for Talon Construction Company. Anyone who knew Rusty, knew he had gas in his veins and loved speed. Going fast in cars, or on the lake in a boat, speed was key. Surviving are his mother, Debra; children, Lillian Resor, Lucas Resor, Delaeni Hixon; sister, Jodi (Jonathan) Evans; nieces and nephew, Jaiden, Jaelynn, Jaida; along with several aunts and uncles. Service is 1 pm, Saturday, July 2, 2022 at Northpoint Community Church, 10513 Leo Road, with calling from 11 am until the service. Burial in Leo Memorial Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family in care of Debra Resor. FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services is handling arrangements.
