Rose G. Fields, 100, of Fort Wayne passed away Thursday, July 14, 2022. She was born in Ashley, IN to the late Oscar and Olga Allen. Rose worked as a sales associate with L.S. Ayres for many years. She is survived by her children, Judy Heersche of Fox Lake, IL, Gary (Samantha) Fields of Greenwood, IN, Mark (Bonnie) Fields of NC, and Janet (Allen) Lichlyter of Columbia City, IN; six grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Rose was preceded in death by her husband, William Fields; grandson, Nathan Fields; her brother and sister. Service is 3:00 pm, Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. with calling two hours prior beginning at 1:00 pm. Burial at Springdale Cemetery of Bunker Hill, IN. Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army or Stillwater Hospice. Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services are handling the arrangements.
