Rosalie Ann Crawford (nee Mongosa), 86, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away on July 14, 2025. She was born on July 1, 1939, in Roanoke, IN to Homer and Goldie Mongosa.

Memorable events in her life revolved around raising 9 children, her career in nursing, and being a proud member of the Miami Indian tribe. While working as a nurse in the St. Joseph Hospital ER, she met her second husband and love of her life, James.

Rosalie found joy in preparing meals, gardening and finding loving gifts to celebrate holidays, birthdays, and anniversaries for her friends and family. Rosalie found solace and comfort in her Christian beliefs.

During the last few years of life, while receiving care at "her nursing home" her family is especially grateful for the nursing staff and of their kindness and understanding of her medical issues.
