Romeo A. Gallone, 94, passed away September 22, 2022 in Fort Wayne. He was born in Sacriston, England on December 15, 1927 to the late Genesio and Diomira Gallone. Romeo owned his own window covering business in Fort Wayne. He lived in London, England during the blitz of WWII, an experience that remained vividly in his memory and had affected him deeply. He leaves behind his wife of 59 years, Louise Gallone, a former teacher for FWCS; 14 nieces and nephews; 15 great nieces and nephews; and several great-great nieces and nephews. Romeo was also preceded in death by his siblings, Robert Gallone, Romano Gallone, and Irma Rossi. Service is 3:00 pm, Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. with calling two hours prior beginning at 1:00 pm.
