Elaine "Robin" Trimm, 63, passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2024, surrounded by her family. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Robin was a daughter of the late Edward Horn and Elaine Feldner who survives. Robin attended Snider High School. During her working years, Robin did factory work, food services and most recently had worked for Meijer for the past several years. While there, Robin was always ready for a conversation with new customers or the regulars. One thing is for sure, Robin never met a stranger. She was a devoted mother, and a loving, caring grandma, great-grandma and sister to her family. She enjoyed shopping, especially for purses, but nothing came close to the most precious of things, Family. Surviving are her children, Domineek "Nikki" (Nicholas) Smith, Candyse Trimm, Jessica Trimm, Chase (Brandi) McAllister; grandchildren; Carianna, Bryant, Izayah, Alyiah, Aniya, Carison, Addisyn, Ainsley, Nicholas Jr, and Anthony; 13 great-grandchildren; siblings, Evon (Scott) Mumma, Raymond (Carrie) Horn, Charles Horn, Stewart Horn, Jennifer (Justin) Modglin and James Horn. Robin was preceded in death by her brother, Edward Horn. Service is 1 pm, Friday, July 26, 2024, at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton Street, with calling from 11 am until the services. Burial in Christian Union Cemetery, Garrett, Indiana. Memorials may be made to the family in care of Domineek Smith.
