Robert E. Hudson, age 86, passed away December 18, 2025, in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born in Crown Point, IN to the late Estel and Harriet Hudson. Bob served faithfully 45 years as a pastor at various churches in Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, New York, and Indiana. He enjoyed caring for others and leading his congregations to a deeper faith and understanding of God's Word. In his free time, Bob enjoyed watching Ohio State football, I.U. basketball, and Chicago Cubs baseball.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Bonnie Hudson; daughters, Kathy (Jon) Talbott, and Cheryl (Brett) Thistlethwaite; daughter-in-law, Tricia Hudson; 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; his twin-sister, Barbara (Ron) Gerlach; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by his son, Todd Hudson; two brothers, Paul Hudson and Jim Hudson.

Service is 3:00 pm, Sunday, December 21, 2025, at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St., with calling two hours prior, beginning at 1:00 pm.
