Robert James Bailer, 58, passed away on March 4, 2017. He was the son of Robert J. Bailer Sr and June Brown.
Robert worked at Fresh New start as support staff. He enjoyed spending time with his family.
He is survived by his mother, June Brown, his fiancé, Janice Kittle and her children Krystal (Zach) Hart, Kristina Kittle, Kayta (Jason) Miller, one brother Lester Franklin Bailer; step sisters; Nancy Robinson and June Elaine Fagan.
