Richard Edward "Rich" Zulkowski, 70, of Fort Wayne died Wednesday, December 13, 2017. Born on February 21, 1947 in Bronx, NY, he was a son of the late Stephen and Katherine (Donovan) Zulkowski. Rich was a husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin, grandfather, amateur astronomer, sun worshiper, winter hater, library patron, book lover, brunette lover, fresh fruit fanatic, best friend to Ernest and Julio and his wife's cooking. He was a constant doodler, movie trivia lover, jazz lover, and all-around rock-n-roller who was loved by those who cared and will be missed.

Surviving are his wife, Carol (Petrica) Zulkowski; sons, Peter Zulkowski and Stephen Zulkowski; daughters, Anna Zulkowski and Carrie Zulkowski; sisters, Lynne Smiarowski and Joyce Cappadona; and four grandchildren.
