Richard "Dick" E. Walker III, passed away on Saturday, October 2nd. Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Dick graduated from Indiana University School of Business. He served honorably in the Air National Guard. Dick enjoyed sharing his love of the outdoors. He enjoyed going for bike rides, playing tennis, hiking trails throughout the US, or kayaking at the lake. Dick spent 42 years working as an accountant, 40 of those years owning and operating his own CPA business. He was also the long time Treasurer of City Trust Federal Credit Union. Dick is survived by his wife , Noreen; 3 Children, Chris (Vonda); Heather (Kevin) Zion, and Joshua, all of Fort Wayne, as well as 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. A Memorial Service will be held for Dick on Saturday October 9th, at 3pm with calling 2 hours prior at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N Clinton St). In lieu of flowers, Preferred Memorials in Dick's honor may be directed to Acres Land Trust or Fort Wayne Trails.
