Richard "Rich" T. Hanauer, 84, of New Haven, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2024. He was born to the late Wilbur and Marjorie L. (Meyer) Hanauer in Huntington, IN on July 23, 1939. Rich proudly served in the US Army. He was a member of New Haven United Methodist Church. Rich retired from working security at the Division of Family and Children Services.

Rich is survived by his significant other, Linda Englehart. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Judith Ann Hanauer Sheets.

Per Rich's wishes there will be no services.
