Randy Ray Thelen, 73, of Fort Wayne, went Home to the Lord on Friday, January 3, 2025. He was born to Arlene (Pline) Thelen and the late Hilary Anthony Thelen on November 30, 1951 in Fort Wayne. He graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1970. Randy married Marsha Christman on September 5, 1970. He retired from NIPSCO after over 30 years. He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.

Along with his mother, Randy is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Marsha Thelen; daughter, Angela (Stephen) McCombs; son, Mark (Melanie) Thelen; grandchildren, Jessica McCombs, Nicholas (Brooke) McCombs, and Benjamin Thelen; great-grandchildren, Violet, Wyatt, and Finley; siblings, Susan (Larry) Tucker, Elaine (Dave) Wilkins, Sheila (Rick) Wagner, and Scott Thelen; and several nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.

Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, January 10, 2025 at 11:00 am at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (1502 E Wallen Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46825) with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also be on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Service (6557 N. Clinton Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46825) from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm with a rosary service to follow immediately. Burial will follow the service at Highland Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Services of NE Indiana.
