Rachelle Lynn Wade, 45, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2026, in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Rachelle was a daughter of Rebecca Wade. She graduated North Side High School and went on to earn her degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse from Brown Mackie College. Rachelle found great meaning in caring for others as an LPN. She truly loved her work and was always eager to help others, bringing compassion and kindness to those she cared for each and every day.
Above all else, Rachelle’s children were her life and her greatest joy. She cherished every moment she shared with her family and took great pride in being a mother and grandmother. She had a caring heart that extended well beyond her family and patients, as she had a special love for animals and was always willing to help those in need.
Rachelle was creative and enjoyed drawing, painting, and crafts. She loved dancing, baking, and listening to music. Music held a special place in her heart, and she often found comfort and healing through the songs she loved. Her compassionate spirit, creativity, and willingness to help others will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Surviving are her children, Odairean Owens, Shyanne Wade, Rylie Owens, Raelynne Owens, and RaKay Owens; grandson, Odaivion Boatman; sisters, Latricia Stults and Gia Casiano; best friend, Dusti Siefer; and her beloved dogs, Roscoe, Daisie Mae and Majestic.
Private family services will be held.
