Penny L. McCullough, 75, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2024, surrounded by her family. Born in Bell County, Kentucky, Penny was the daughter of the late Marcus and Judy Noe. Penny retired from ITT after a 26-year career. She was an avid volunteer at Rescue Mission and soup kitchen. Penny enjoyed walking, baking, 2-step dancing and bonfires, playing Bingo and taking everyone's pennies in Tripoly. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She had four children James "Jim" McCullough, Troy McCullough, Steve (Terry) McCullough, Cathy (Kevin) Summers; grandchildren, LeAnn (Adam) Price, Amber McCullough, Abigail (Jennifer) Reiff, Lauren McCullough, Brock Nagel; step-grandchildren; Ian Summers, Samantha Summers; great-grandchildren, Paislee, Kynlee, Brooklynn, Katherine, Weston; siblings, Kenneth (Darlene) Noe, James (Beverly) Noe, Mark (Jamie) Noe, Faith (Lucio) Vazquez, Charleen Pullen, and her beloved niece, Tina (Junior) Beverly and their family; along with many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Penny was preceded in death by her son, James "Jim" McCullough; step-mother, Marcella Noe; and brother, Victor Noe. A Celebration of Penny's Life will be 3 pm, Saturday, March 16, 2024 at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton Street, with calling from 1 pm until the services. Memorials may be made to the Fort Wayne Rescue Mission or Alzheimer's Association.
