Paulette Elaine Frederick, 74, passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022. Born in Orrville, Ohio, Paulette was the daughter of the late Paul Kaufman and Martha Kaufman who survives. Paulette graduated from Smithville High School and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Music from Manchester College and her Master's Degree in Education from IPFW. She was a music teacher with EACS for over 40 years, prior to her retirement. Paulette had a love for music, enjoyed gardening, and cherished her boxer, Cooper. Paulette enjoyed meeting her friends at Hall's Diner. Surviving are her husband, Michael Frederick; brothers, Robert (Martie) Kaufman, Roger (Cynthia) Kaufman, Daniel (Diana Stahl) Kaufman; nephews, Jesse, Andrew; niece, Alice; and great-niece, Savannah. A memorial service is 7 pm, Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at East Chippewa Church of the Brethren, 7207 Chippewa Rd in Orrville, Ohio, with calling from 6:30 pm until the service. A private graveside service will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
