Patrick "Pat" A. Smith, 58, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday October, 8th, 2022. He served honorably in the US Navy. Pat worked for SuperValu for over 30 years in the warehouse department. He enjoyed fishing in his free time, but what he loved most was spending time with his kids and grandkids, whether it was watching baseball games or attending dance sessions.
Pat is survived by his children; Alona (Jon) Nolan, Landon Smith; grandkids, Damaya Moore, and Carter Hayden; and a number of siblings.
Visitation for Pat will take place on Thursday October 13th from 3-6 pm with a service at 6:00 pm at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N Clinton St. Burial will take place in Marion National Cemetery. Preferred memorials may be directed to the Family.
