Patrick Donald Grant, 68, of Fort Wayne, IN passed away on Friday, August 7, 2026. He was born to the late Donald and Margaret (Falvey) Grant in Brooklyn, NY on October 21, 1957. He graduated from Manheim Twp High School in Lancaster, PA where he grew up and met his wife, Patricia “Patty” Groff. He worked for Disney Marketing and then in 1998 he and his family moved to Fort Wayne and started Grantco Manufacturing. In later years, he worked at Home Guard and most recently worked as the Inspector for Dekalb County Weights and Measures. Patrick enjoyed spending time with his family, boating and cars.

Patrick is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Patricia “Patty” Grant; son, Christopher Patrick Grant; twin daughters, Kelly Lynn (Ryan Kristopher) Burns and Lindsey Marie (Kyle Douglas) Franz; grandchildren, Owen Kenneth Franz, Theodore “Teddy” Patrick Burns, and Dawson Aaron Franz; and brother, Donald Grant.

A private family memorial service will be at a later date.
