Patricia Ann (Tierney) Hendricks, 79 passed away at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born March 8, 1938 in Fort Wayne, Ind. to Edward and Lucinda (Lobsiger) Tierney.

She graduated from Central Catholic in 1956. She married Melvin A. Hendricks on October 3, 1959 in Fort Wayne and enjoyed being a home-maker. Patricia was also a member of the Saint Peter's Catholic Church.

Surviving relatives include husband Melvin Hendricks, sons Melvin (Corinne) Hendricks Jr. of Auburn, IN, Mark (Lorie) Hendricks, daughters Suzanne M. Smith, Lisa (Darren) Coburn, sister Carolyn Richardson all from Ft. Wayne. Thirteen grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers Edward and Richard Tierney, and sister Wanda Schaffer.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00am Thursday April 20, 2017 at Saint Peter's Catholic Church 518 E. Dewald Street Fort Wayne, IN 46803. Visitation will be Wednesday 2-4 & 6-8 at FairHaven Funeral Home 6557 N. Clinton Street Fort Wayne, Ind. 46825 with one hour prior to service on Thursday at the church. Memorial to Saint Peter's Catholic Church Restoration Fund or Southern Care Hospice. Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery Fort Wayne, Ind
