Obituary

Norma J. Troutner-Troyer, 83, of Fort Wayne, IN, went Home to the Lord on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. She was born to the late Frank and Helen (Mosshammer) Waikel on February 5, 1942 in Fort Wayne, IN. She graduated from South Side High School and was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. She enjoyed cake decorating, dancing, and antiquing. Norma also loved spending time with family and friends.

Norma is survived by her children, Mike Troutner, Jenifer (Shawn) Rafferty, Dale Troutner, and Rose Lindbo; 9 grandkids; 18 great-grandchildren; siblings, Tom (Marcia) Waikel, Rita Phillips, Frank (Carol) Waikel Jr., and Lois (Steve) Pritchard; and a host of relatives and friends. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Donna Lefevra and Bill Waikel.

A memorial service will be on Friday, December 5, 2025 at 1:30 pm at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N. Clinton Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46825) with visitation beginning at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow the service at Highland Park Cemetery.
