Norleen Davenport's Obituary
Norleen Davenport, 76, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2025, in Fort Wayne. She was born in Warsaw, IN to the late Rex and Joan Symonds.
A true servant at heart, Norleen dedicated her life to uplifting and helping others. Whether through a warm embrace, a word of encouragement, or a simple act of service, she embodied the belief that a good attitude could change everything. Norleen had a special appreciation for butterflies. Just as a butterfly leaves behind its cocoon to soar freely, Norleen has now taken flight, leaving behind a legacy of love and service.
She will be missed by all who knew her. Norleen is survived by her three children, Rodney Davenport, John Davenport and Tanya Sue Davenport; 13 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Rexeen Laughlin and Darlene Fuller.
A funeral service
will take place on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N. Clinton Street) at 6:00 pm with calling from 2 pm until the service.
