Nancy H. (Haas) Lambert, 71, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2023. She was born to the late Glenn and Wilma (Huff) Haas on July 5, 1951 in South Bend, IN. Nancy graduated from Argos High School in 1969. She married Michael Lambert in Argos, IN on November 27, 1971. She was a member of American Legion Auxiliary Post 499 and VFW Auxiliary Post 857. Nancy retired from Fort Financial after over 20 years. She loved being outside; especially by the pool. Nancy enjoyed going to the Smoky Mountains. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and loved her dogs and cats.
Nancy is survived by her husband of 51 years, Michael; sons, Jeff (Renaye) Lambert and Jason Lambert both of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Brenden, Dillon, Brexton, and Bryleigh Lambert; step-grandchildren, Emma and Jakob Gump; siblings, Evelyn Leiter, Kay Russell, Dorothy Cline, and Art Haas; and several nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Ted Haas, Fred Haas, Ralph Haas, and Marge Milliken.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, March 17, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N. Clinton Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46825).
